This Privacy Policy explains how Raksha ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you use our Raksha IoT tracking mobile application (the "App"). The App provides real-time location tracking, route history, SOS alerts and related safety features.

- Identity & Contact: name, email, phone number, profile photo.
- Authentication: username, password hash, multi-factor tokens.
- Location Data: Real-time GPS coordinates, route history, timestamps, and geofencing events while tracking is active.
- Device & Usage: device model, OS version, unique device identifier, IP address, push notification token, app usage metrics and crash logs.
- Emergency Data: SOS messages, emergency contacts, medical flags (only if voluntarily provided).
Note: Location data is highly sensitive. We only collect location when you explicitly consent and when tracking features are enabled.
